Epidemiological Efficiency, Organization and Immunization Management in the Varna Region /// Епидемиологична ефективност, организация и управление на имунизационното дело във Варненска област

The aim of this thesis is to perform epidemiological diagnostics and analysis of the changes in the organization, management and epidemiological efficiency of immunization process in the Varna region from the time of Liberation - 1878 to 2015, and to comprise a Practical Application Programme for increased efficiency of immunization practices. The changes in the organization and immunization management in Varna region are determined by the changes in the structure and organization of the social order and the health care system in the different historic periods. The organization – management structure of immunization process and the system of epidemiological control are in a dynamic interaction which, in turn, monitors and channels the epidemiological efficiency of immunizations. An applied program for improving the epidemiological efficiency of the immunization process in Varna region has been developed. The developed Structural model and its resulting Practical application programme, contribute to the improvement of the organizational, health – educational and practical aspects of the immunization process in Varna region.
