Application of Temporary Restorations Obtained through 3d Laser Stereolithographic Printer // Приложение на временни конструкции получени чрез 3d принтиране на лазерен стереолитографски принтер
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe results of our research confirm the possibilities for the application of temporary restorations printed with a stereolithographic printer. For this purpose, task 1 tested and demonstrated that the application of egg-shell printed temporary structures from Dental LT Clear Resin® (Formlabs ™) is only suitable for the distal areas of the dentition due to the deviation that this resin creates on the underlying colour. The possible colours created by us in task 2 completely cover the B-range of Vita Classic® colours and the darker tones from the other ranges - A4, C4 and D4. A logical and regular change in the colour of the obtained resins was found when the ratio of the original White Resin®, Model Resin® and Dental LT Clear Resin® changed. The mechanical and strength properties of the newly obtained resins for 3D printing of temporary structures was established by performing a specially designed experimental setup on task 3 that fully meet the minimum requirements for bending strength set in international standards ISO 10477 and ISO 4049. In view of the results obtained under the previous task and to create conditions for improving the mechanical strength of temporary structures of these resins for the needs of long-term prosthetics, software modification of their digital files was created in task 4.
