The present investigation focusses on keys enablers influencing a sustainable development of smart city. Results showed that there are strong correlations existing between the various key enablers composite indices, sustainability. However, the key enablers analysis includes the citizen participation, leadership, infrastructure, fourth industrial revolution, political will, and a mediating variable of ICT applications.
