The goal or intent of all organizations is to identify the impact the specific factors, engagement, leadership methods, and reward systems, can have on the motivation of employees toward organizational goals or objectives. The goal of this research is to identify if a relationship exists between the perceptions of Master of Business (MBA) students in regional universities toward the above-mentioned factors that improve, impact, and enhance their behavior toward organizational goals as indicated by each area’s impact on the work environment scale.
