Public Program Evaluation at Art Museums

Abstract

dc:description.abstract

The project's goals were not only to develop a template for future public program development and visitor research for NAMA, but also to advocate for the acceptance of public program evaluation at other large art museums. Through an investigation into the family museum visitor, the evaluators also developed methods and specifically questions to discover the behavior of the family visitor.
