Project Management Capstone

<p>This project focuses on mobile app evaluation at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco (FAMSF). Specifically, my project presents the tools and plans for and the initial work on the summative evaluation of the Museum's sculpture garden app, Explore the Art: Perspectives. Although this project was originally planned to correspond in timing with the conclusion of my graduate work at the University of San Francisco, bugs in the app software delayed the evaluative process and thus the evaluation is forthcoming as of this writing. Nonetheless, this paper presents background and initial information that informed this project, and I was able to evaluate the soft launch of the app. Throughout this paper I will refer to the app by its shortened name, Perspectives.</p>
