Through the needs assessment Kaiser was able to determine that the health needs of the community were based on access to training and educational programs, access to preventative care services, and access to safe environments.</p> <p>Keeping this in mind, the main objective of this fieldwork was to assist in the development of training and educational materials. The fieldwork included my assistance with the development of health education flyers/templates, developing a workflow chart for health educators, and promoting Kaiser Permanente’s new mobile applications that help to create a user-friendly and more convenient approach to obtaining healthier lifestyles within and around the local community.
