The main goal of the project is to improve the birth outcomes of high-risk pregnant women and their children, by educating participants within the Maternal Child and Adolescent Health Section at the San Francisco Department of Public Health. The educational component will focus on the importance of oral health and the impact of oral disease on perinatal health.
