Propuesta de mejora en la colocación de stock de vehículos híbridos nuevos en Mitsui Automotriz S.A.

El presente trabajo de investigación busca implementar una propuesta de mejora en la colocación de stock de vehículos híbridos nuevos en Mitsui Automotriz S.A., que tiene como finalidad optimizar el inventario, esto consiste en gestionar un stock óptimo, de tal manera que tenga el número de exigencias demandadas, garantizando así, el abastecimiento necesario. Esta problemática es relevante para la organización, ya que en el año 2022 se ha presentado 375 casos de desistimiento de compra por el tiempo de espera, motivo por el cual se propone implementar una base de datos que proyecte los modelos híbridos demandados en base a las ventas realizadas en el año anterior, para que de esta manera se pueda conocer los gustos y preferencias de los clientes, además de la proyección de vehículos híbridos que se necesitaran para satisfacer la demanda en el año siguiente del analizado.The present research work of the project seeks to implement a proposal for improvement in the placement of stock of new hybrid vehicles in Mitsui Automotriz S.A., which aims to optimize the inventory, this consists of managing an optimal stock, in such a way that it has the amount of requirements demanded, thus guaranteeing the necessary supply. This problem is relevant for the organization, since in 2022 there have been 375 cases of withdrawal of purchase due to waiting time, which is why it is proposed to implement a database that projects the hybrid models demanded based on the sales made in the previous year, so that in this way the tastes and preferences of customers can be known, in addition to the projection of hybrid vehicles that will be needed to meet demand in the year following the one analyzed.
