Based on this analysis the property has a Net Present Value (NPV) of $15.189 billion and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 121 percent. The operation will be an open pit mine, with the mining on 14 meter benches using a truck and shovel setup. A conventional mill will be used utilizing washers and grease tables to separate the diamonds from the kimberlite.
