Moana Springs Aquatic Facility

Abstract

dc:description.abstract

ELC Engineering presents the design for the Moana Springs Aquatic Facility, as part of an ongoing effort by the Sierra Nevada Community Aquatics (SNCA) to build a state-ofthe- art aquatics facility in the Truckee Meadows. The planning and development of the Moana Springs Aquatic Facility intends to serve the interests of the community and promote the expansion of aquatic resources in the Truckee Meadows. With the growing population in the City of Reno and Washoe County, the need for a modern aquatics facility for recreational and competitive opportunities is substantial.
