A series of 3-[2- (diarylmethoxyethyidenyl)]-N-substituted tropane derivatives were synthesized and the binding affinities of these compounds were determined at the dopamine (DAT), serotonin (SERT) and norepinephrine (NET) transporters in rat brain tissue preparations.
