Two junior level pre-student teachers served as key participants in this study. The intensive mentorship occurred over the course of five weeks with two observations per week. The data were collected and triangulated through interviews, observations, field notes, video recorded lessons, and artifacts such as lesson plans. Two distinct case studies were developed in this field study once the data was analyzed.
