The data used are ROSAT PSPC X-ray images of a sample of 21 clusters drawn from the ACO catalog, and a subset of the ESO Nearby Abell Cluster Survey done by Katgert et, al. The three methods used are: the 'center shift' method developed by Mohr et al., the 'moment' method developed by Buote & Tsai and a wavelet analysis developed by Starck et al. Models were then created to check the significance of our findings. The conclusions reached were that substructure and cooling flows are present in at least 50% of our sample.
