Three essays in economic policy analysis

This dissertation contains three essays relating to economic policy analysis. The first chapter is an empirical study of the employment effects of minimum wages that are indexed to inflation. The second chapter is an impact evaluation of a land rights program for herders in Mongolia. The third chapter uses the same context as the second, while examinining the link between land rights and labor supply.
