Father Me Again

In this master thesis, the candidate presents a collection of original poems related to his glioblastoma diagnosis and wife’s pregnancy and childbirth, accompanied by a critical introduction, which explains his writing and revision process. The candidate demonstrates, through his critical introduction, and in the poems themselves, how his poetry has developed during his graduate work at the University of Missouri—Kansas City.
