Some personal characteristics however can interact with racioethnicity and help Asian Americans to enhance their level of LMX. Particularly, when Asian Americans are high self-monitoring, or highly allocentric, they might be able to turn the tables and enjoy higher levels of LMX with their European American supervisors. The study also found a positive relationship between LMX and career satisfaction.","abstract_html":"The study found that Asian Americans, compared with their European American counterparts, do seem to have lower levels of LMX with their European American supervisors.
