Limited support was also available for the two models of regional brain activity. For the models of regional brain activity, many of the results were in the opposite direction of what was hypothesized by the models. As a whole, there was invited support for these individual difference variables being used to predict affect following exercise. However, these variables were most likely to account for affective changes following exercise at the severe condition.
