It was found that all ordinary dislocations observed were mostly 60&deg;, mixed dislocations, with relatively few screw ordinary dislocations. At room temperature, screw and mixed ordinary dislocations were observed. At elevated temperature, mostly mixed ordinary dislocations were observed. The re-strained sample showed many mixed characters segments observed along the dislocation line.
