(2) Do African American students who attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities differ from their counterparts in Traditionally White Institutions? and (3) How do various dimensions of cultural identity differentiate African American students in their orientations toward multicultural policy issues? These questions are addressed with primary data obtained through the survey instrument.
