However, the results of empirical studies using single-family houses have been inconclusive. This study extends the previous empirical work by using income-producing multifamily properties. Using a multiplicative functional form and multiple regression analysis, this study produced significant results. However, the results indicate that selling price decreases as time on the market increases.
