The content areas of program planning and evaluation were indicated as priority areas. Needs identified to meet long range career goals tended to be closely linked to occupational setting and educational background.","The reasons for participation in continuing education identified were of six major types, namely: Professional Improvement, Professional Interaction, Professional Reflection, Professional Service, Professional Role Clarification and Personal Benefits.","Made available in DSpace on 2014-12-16T05:48:05Z (GMT).
