Such a procedure reveals a narrow link between the way novelistic characters express themselves and Stendhal's own system of values.","This study finally raises the question of an "oral quality" woven into the text of the French novel of early XIXth century, a quality born from Rousseau's influence, and directly correlated to the equation voice/being.","Made available in DSpace on 2014-12-16T05:11:30Z (GMT).
