Such a procedure reveals a narrow link between the way novelistic characters express themselves and Stendhal's own system of values.","This study finally raises the question of an &quot;oral quality&quot; woven into the text of the French novel of early XIXth century, a quality born from Rousseau's influence, and directly correlated to the equation voice/being.","Made available in DSpace on 2014-12-16T05:11:30Z (GMT).
