The ground potential at the center of the pipe can be obtained by either increasing the radius of the pipe or decreasing the wavelength. It is not necessary to put the ground wire in the center of the pipe and, consequently, additional friction loss of the flow can be avoided. Higher voltage will raise the flow rate. Rayleigh numbers have a minor effect upon the flow rate.
