The feeding of diets containing 50% CGM depressed (P $$.05) from pigs fed corn-soybean meal (SBM)-based diets. Finisher pigs fed a lysine-supplemented, 40% CGF diet with.02% added tryptophan (trp) demonstrated increased (P $$.05) by feeding up to 30% CGF in isocaloric diets; however, feeding 30% CGF in non-isocaloric diets reduced G/F (P $$.05) of G pigs compared to pigs fed a pelleted, trp-adequate diet. Single parity reproductive performance of gestating gilts and sows fed a trp-supplemented corn-CGF diet was not different (P $&gt;$.05) from the performance of those fed a corn-SBM diet. Ileal lysine and trp digestibilities were not different (P $&gt;$.05) among CGF, CGM, corn and SBM. Pelleting CGF and the addition of corn fiber to CGF improved (P $&lt;$.05) ileal lysine digestibility values.
