A questionnaire was developed for each of the following categories: (1) administrators, (2) instructors, and (3) students. The interviews were conducted in the language of preference of the interviewee. The programs' participants considered that adult bilingual-bicultural education was a sensible and useful approach, as an alternative educational program. Due to the generality of this research study, specific aspects of the educational process have not been included.
