Reagent delivery and flow cell design were shown to play an important role in achieving reproducible and reliable data.","Ascorbic acid and dehydroascorbic acid were quantitated in the effluent of an HPLC, utilizing the chemiluminescence detector. Vitamin C tablets were assayed using the technique, yielding data that agreed to within 1-5% of titration results.
