In this thesis, I use instrumental variable techniques to measure the effect of the program in 2007 and 2011. Using annual data from the National Household Survey (ENAHO) of the National Institute of Statistics (INEI), I explore whether the effect of the program changed in intensity over time. These findings suggest that there were positive significant impacts on the outcomes of interest for 2007.
