The angular distributions for the (3He ,t) charge exchange reaction have been obtained for 9Be at 20.2, 22.1, 24.9 and 27.8 MeV; for 11B at 20.2, 22.1, and 24.9 MeV; and for' 25 Mg and 27 Al at 20.2 and 24.9 MeV. The data were analyzed using distorted-wave Born approximation with both a phenomenological and microscopic form factor. A generalized collective excitation model is introduced.
