The University of Illinois began to track hourly, high quality meter data starting in 2014. Interval meter data can reflect the performance of a building clearly. Daily profiles constructed from this data show base load and additional demand due to occupancy or external conditions, allowing for easy measurement. Using daily profiles, utility metering data can reveal insights regarding the impact of the RCx program at the university. However, a lack of data limits the scope of this study.
