Current imaging systems are bulky, expensive, exhibit co-registration errors between visible and NIR frames, and are limited to detecting a single fluorophore. This thesis presents a novel bioinspired multispectral camera capable of imaging and differentiating multiple NIR fluorophores excited with a single excitation source.
