The study examined the outcomes of N=2,110 eligible students (n=1,890 non-TRIO; n=220 TRIO) over nine years from the 2012-2020 academic years. The study applied the theoretical lens of Open Systems theory. The Chi-square test was utilized for the categorical variables to determine significance.
