Using narrative inquiry methodology (Clandinin & Connelly, 2000; Ford, 2021; Kim, 2016; McClish-Boyd & Bhattacharya, 2021; McCormack, 2004; Polkinghorne, 1988; Riessman, 1993) with the collaborative data analysis “storying stories” (Ford, 2021; McCormack, 2004), I ask what it means to [re]-conceive art education pedagogical practices in ways that are similar to the WAW mother artist group approach of generating a collaborative community of artistically-focused reciprocal mentorships.
