With the progress of modern medical technology, the diagnostic and treatment systems of breast diseases have made effective progress. The emergence and development of mammography, ultrasound, and other screening technologies enable breast tumors, cysts, and other lesions to be found and removed as quickly and accurately as possible, so as to reduce the adverse consequences of tumor progression and deterioration in patients. However, there are still many people who fail to detect their breast health problems in time, resulting in suffering from pain and even death. One of the main reasons for late detection is the lack of knowledge about breast care and the neglect of their own health condition, especially among young people. Another major reason for this problem is that the high cost, long time, and uncomfortable screening experience of breast examination methods discourage people from going to the hospital. This leads to delays in tumor diagnosis and removal treatment. Providing a more accessible breast health monitoring system is of great significance for increasing people's attention to their own breast health. This thesis project aims to research and explore new possibilities for designing a more convenient and humane breast health monitoring system to empower people with knowledge of their breast health status. This paper first introduces the process and insights of researching breast health through quantitative and qualitative methods such as literature review, public surveys, interviews, and analysis of existing solutions and innovative technologies.
