It is the purpose of this study to make a complete recreation survey of Lodi with the idea of determining the need for a community sponsored recreation program. Lodi as a community is anxious to develop the welfare of its citizens. With the advancement and betterment of the community in mind, the results of this report are to be studied, checked, and acted upon by all groups interested in a community recreation program.
