In addition to the main problem, the following sub-problems were established: (1) Was there a significant difference of effects between the relaxation training and the flexibility training on times at the three distances of 20, 50, and 100 yards? (2) Was the relationship of flexibility and relaxation to running speed the same as the distance increased?
