The aim of this project is to design and build a device prototype that addresses these issues by applying the growing methods used in industry in a home system. The device is a modular, automated aeroponics food growing system which was tested by growing microgreens. It ended up being expensive to build compared to more traditional growing setups but has a very low running cost comparatively and can potentially pay for itself within a year.
