This was a survey study using a convenience sample. The sample consisted of 241 radiologic science educators. The Maslach Burnout Inventory with health status and demographic survey was emailed to members of the Association of Educators in Radiologic Science. Independent samples t-tests, regression analysis, and one-way ANOVAs were used to compare data. Results indicated radiologic science educators were average in their feelings of emotional exhaustion, low in their feelings of depersonalization, and average in their feelings of personal accomplishment. Also, a statistically significant result was found between all three subscales of the MBI and the reported health status.
