Laser-based dual space microscopy (dsm)

Abstract

dc:description.abstract

In this work, we present Dual-Space Microscopy (DSM) technique with simulation and experimental results using laser as illumination source. Furthermore, we used Hemispherical Laser Guider (HLG) in order to obtain images from different angels. We demonstrate that both high-resolution and wide field of view can be obtained by using (DSM) technique. However, the real plane (RP) images have noise because of the coherent laser beam that impact on the quality of images.
