After a brief introduction, the mathematical formulation is resumed from few previous work. After that, an innovative method for the development and validation, in the real-world and using intentionally non-advanced tools, of the SEME paradigm is presented and comprehensively detailed. Before the conclusions, some real-world experimentations are illustrated and commented.
