The study will review these effects for the Spring and Fall semesters following initial involvement in SWT's AAFLC. The conference has been in existence since 1993. The study revealed that there were no significant differences between AAFLC participants and non-participants in mean GPAs, retention rates, and reported level of campus involvement between groups. However there was a significant difference between the two groups in level of satisfaction with various aspects of their university experience.
