Given the increasing recognition of schools as critical sites for health promotion, this research explores how principals implement and engage with health education policies and the challenges they face in doing so. The study analyzes variations in policy implementation and effectiveness using survey data from students and school administrators. Key findings indicate inconsistencies in policy adoption, with resource limitations and administrative support playing pivotal roles in successful implementation.
