While many children have an aggressive metastatic form of the disease, spontaneous regression has also been well documented. Individualized treatments are required due to the spectrum of disease staging, with MTD not necessary for many patients. Herein I propose several theoretical experiments that I believe will elucidate potential therapeutic treatment options.
