In South Korea, NGOs involved in all matters regarding North Koreans are known for the crucial roles they play supporting and advocating on behalf of North Koreans. They are also stand out as their numbers and activities dwarf all other NGOs in South Korea. The supportive activities of these NGOs employ global and transnational practices, while engaging in specific cultural politics, ethics and the relationship.
