A Directing Process: Professional Training

Abstract

dc:description.abstract

This document serves as an exploration of the growth and development of a process in theatrical directing during my tenure as an MFA Candidate in Theatre at the University of South Carolina. This will attempt to track the progress of a cohesive directorial process through an examination of each semester's practicum production through the various phases of concept, pre-production, rehearsal, and performance.
