Monte Carlo Simulations For J-Parc E06: Time Reversal Experiment With Kaons
Abstract
dc:description.abstract
The Time Reversal Experiment with Kaons is an experiment being performed at JPARC with a worldwide collaboration. This experiment promises to push the upper limit of the T-violating parameter ξ to a new low and possibly be the first to directly see T-symmetry breaking on the quantum level. In preparation of the experiment a Monte Carlo simulation has been started and virtual experiments have validated many detector design parameters.
