Results showed that the respondents have average level of emotional exhaustion, high level of depersonalization, and low level of personal accomplishment in categorization of MBI scores. When comparing with the MBI-HSS normative samples, it indicated that these providers experience higher burnout than overall samples and the sample in social services.
