The study also described the demographic characteristics of these groups. A comparative, descriptive, and non-experimental study design was utilized. A sample size of sixty-four (N=64) was achieved. Information from the respondents was obtained by completion of \"Demographic Questionnaire\", a \"Visual Analogue Scale\" and the \"Lifestyle Profile II Questionnaire\".<br> The finding of the demographic characteristics and visual analogue scale results were reported utilizing descriptive statistics. Hypothesis were formulated and were tested using t-tests with the information obtained from the \"Lifestyle Profile n Questionnaire\".<br> The following pages include the purpose and significance of the study, a review of literature, the research design and related method and procedures, and a complete analysis of the findings.
