Application of Lewin's Change Process to Nurses in Employment Transition
Abstract
dc:description.abstract<p>The objectives of the study reflect the research questions and are as follows:<br> 1. To determine the moods of the merging nurses prior to an impending merger.<br> 2. To determine the moods of the merging nurses six months following the merger of their institution.<br> 3. To examine the differences between the nurses moods initially and after six months.<br> 4. To examine, six months after the merger, the differences between the nurses moods that had to relocate their practice to a different community versus those that stayed in the same community.</p>
