Chapter 3 reviews modern applications of mentoring and coaching from a biblical perspective and demonstrates that biblical values are present even in best practices offered by secular sources. Chapter 4 recounts the project implementation, including pre-training assessment of the participants, curriculum development, training implementation, and re-assessment of the participants to evaluate increased knowledge in mentoring and coaching.
